Where is Biscayne Bay Biscayne Bay is a shallow estuary located on the Atlantic coast of South Florida. The northern part of the lagoon is surrounded by the heart of Miami Metropolitan area. The southern end of Biscayne Bay is mostly undeveloped; with a large part of the lagoon included in Biscayne National Park. It is a lovely spot to relax for a few days. I'd never been to Florida prior to visiting Biscayne Bay. It was an amazing trip and is great for a few days, or a week long trip. I was in town to do another cruise press trip. Unfortunately due to testing mishaps, I did not get on the cruise. Nevertheless it was a fabulous two days in Miami!
