First Impressions Matter
Tucked into the cliffside of Campania’s Amalfi Coast, this six-bedroom, six-bath beauty had us feeling like we had walked into a glossy travel magazine spread. Between the jaw-dropping views and the lemon-scented breeze, it was the kind of place you don't want to leave! This luxury accomodation is: Villa Vista Mare in Italy. ( a B n B Stay)
A Villa with Room to Breathe
With 6 bedrooms and 6 baths; it was perfect for our group of eight! Eveyone gets their own corner of Italian heaven, with privacy and relaxation. For families or a group of friends; this villa makes it easy to spend time together without stepping on each other’s toes.
Views for Days
The villa’s decks are the real show-stoppers! Two large viewing decks stare straight into the cliffs and coastline of the Amalfi Coast, these views make your jaw drop. Also; there are 3 additional seating areas with partial views—because apparently in Nerano, “good enough” still means stunning.
From sunrise coffee to sunset Aperol spritz, the decks quickly became our "go to" hangouts. These places are where you can enjoy the best of Tyrrhenian Sea views!
The Atrium Steals the Show
Every villa has a signature space. For this one, it was the glass-front atrium. Perched at the front of the house, it delivers panoramic Amalfi views. Every morning I drank my coffee and swooned over the stunner scenery in front of me. I had to pinch myself- what a dream come true!
This is the center of entertaiment for any group activies while staying at the via. This is the dining area used for meals and for the group to hang out together. The atrium isn't just a room—it's the heart of the villa.
Pool, Lemons and Privacy
The villa isn’t just about views. Privacy is its second luxury. With its own pool, surrounded by greenery and sweet lemon trees, you can swim, nap, or sip limoncello . And yes, laundry facilities are included here out on the expansive back porch.
I would recommend a summer stay. We visited this May in the first week: only one day was warm enough for swimming.Marina del Cantone
A short ten-minute nature walk downhill brings you to Marina del Cantone beach. Think of it as your daily exercize! On the path down to the beach; you'll pass through olive groves and wildflowers. After a short trek; you'll end up at a picturesque cove.
At the beach, you’ll find cozy cafés, a small convenience store, boutiques and restaurants that range from casual bites to michelin star dining.
You can eat spaghetti, while viewing waves lapping under your table. We did visit a famous Michelin-starred restaurant ( that story deserves its own post—coming soon!) Nerano does not play around when it comes to food.

Location, Location, Location
One of the biggest perks of staying in Nerano is its balance. You’re close enough to Amalfi, Positano, and Sorrento for day trips, but far enough away to dodge the tourist stampede. The villa’s location gives you a front-row seat to the quieter side of the Amalfi Coast.
A Stay That Feels Like Home
This villa had all the comforts of home, with enough space and amenities to make a long stay comfortable. The outside decks are where you will likely spend most of your time. I loved drinking coffee out here everyday too!
It’s the kind of place that makes you say: “Next time, we’re staying longer.”

Final Thoughts
Our stay in this Nerano villa was more than a vacation—it was an experience of a lifetime with stupendous views, flavors and special moments. If you’re looking for a luxury Amalfi Coast stay that blends privacy, convenience and charm- this B&B villa is it!
TIP: Be fully aware: This B n B is located about 30 mintues out from Sorrento and involves driving on hair pin curves. You will need to hire a driver to get around. If you have experience driving vespas- they are a good option as well. A few in our group used them for the entire stay. If you want to be centrally located in Amalifi...I suggest a stay in Sorrento.
